We're an advisory on commercial projects, unique residences, and environmental special PRODUCT projects bringing care, complex know-how, and our North American network to deliver results for that care about people and place.

A private consultancy. We began with full-circle commissions, influencing and for seeing change. A 20 year history included leading multi-million dollar projects (often in companies under-going transformation) from concept to completion, in one of the world's most diverse cities that was siloed until intense market shifts. From our footing with start up developers, + Fortune 100s QA, to public relations, we gained expertise and developed end-to-end care that guided projects and people.

( originally a contractor and called gon/concepts ) dedicated to results that challenged industry and became everyday.

Before the complex landscape became the constant building block.
